1.The local Church…IVC Fellowship

The local church, IVC Fellowship is established and continues to be developed into a vibrant, Charismatic, Christ centered, Family focused Church Fellowship. It is designed to provide opportunities for personal spiritual growth and development, discipleship and cooperate praise, prayer and worship experiences with strong emphasis on teaching practical Biblical Kingdom Principles for successful and victorious living. Currently we have one branch here  in Botswana in The City of Francistown .

We are also looking forward to establishing another branch in city of Gaborone, Botswana, which will serve as our Headquarter, ofices and missionary base for Southern Africa

There after we will establish other branches in other towns and villages in southern Africa where necessary ( Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Zambia, Angola DRC, South Africa, Lesotho and Swaziland)

To facilitate this aspect of the vision, certain physical facilities and developments are of great value. The challenge of facilities and space is an international one. This has been the main reason why we had not established our headquarters church in Gaborone. It takes a focused, strong and determined people to network, harness the resources necessary, make appropriate plans, set goals and oversee the process of establishing the very needed facilities

IVC Fellowship therefore is giving attention to the following as immediate facilities that are needed

1.      A 1000 setter TENT for the planting of The Headquarters Church in Gaborone

2.      1000 Plastic Chairs at a coast of 10 US Dollars each

3.      Public Address System; Keyboard, 4 speakers, 6 microphones and Amplifier

4.      A COMPUTER, preferably a laptop

5.      A Piece of LAND either to lease or buy

6.      OR RESOURCES TO BUILD CHURCH BUILDING

7.      BIBLES and TEACHING MATERIALS  for new coverts and Sunday School.

8.      MISSIONARIES/LABORERS/CHURCH PLANTERS/BUILDERS

9.      A 4X4 PICKUP TRUCK…..(most of our missions is in the Kalahari Desert)

10.  GENERATOR

2.Africa Leadership Training Center

The main challenge facing Africa today is Leadership. The whole continent is facing a Leadership crisis. Africa caries a history of tribal cleansing, political upheavals and unrest, major refugee problems and destructive developmental obstructions.

Tribalism is also a major challenge! It has been said that most Africa leaders are first of all tribal chiefs then national leaders. The continent caries pain left behind by mismanagement of the great natural resources we have. Scars of poor leadership have refused to go away. Our land is littered with graves occupied by humans who died earlier than they should have. All of it due to poor leadership.

This problem has found its way into the church. Many churches in Africa have been managed poorly, the result being the questions people have asked. Where is your God? As a result, Africa preachers and ministries have been seen as people that can not be trusted one hundred percent. In many parts of the world, Africa preachers and church leaders are treated as, strugglres, professional no finishers, money minded and opportunity seekers. I may not be far from the truth when I say that poor leadership has made other parts of the world make a general conclusion being; they are unreliable, untrustworthy, tricky, unsteady, unfocused, visionless, and whose future one can not predict

While there may be reasons for this conclusions, and with due respect, I still do believe, God has a people who will remain faithful, a people whose eternal life is more important than temporal financial or material gains. I am convinced that Africa has a chance to prepare a new breed of leaders who will restore the Glory of God back to this continent. The fact that some of our fathers and mothers made mistakes does not necessarily make the rest of us the same. Africa has strong and able men who have proved they can make it

It is with this in mind that I see the importance of starting a leadership institute. This Institute seeks to serve Africa in the following ways

1.      Provide short-term and long-term courses to leadership as we work with other existing leadership institutions. These courses will lead to Diploma and Degree certificates with time

2.      Develop a strong curriculum for leadership development for the Church

3.      Provide leadership development, leadership seminars, forums  and organize exchange programs for youths

4.      Formulate and develop policies that will promote proper

·        Planning

·        Job creation

·        Environmental management

·        Disaster management

·        Economic empowerment

To be able to provide a Leadership training facility, we will need the following;

·        class rooms

·        library

·        administration block

·        dormitory for students

·        kitchen

·        chapel

·        Dinning hall

To properly house this aspect of the vision we will require at least ten acres of land

3. Soaring With Eagles Outreach Network

http://soeagles.weebly.com

I am convinced that we are on the verge of the greatest revival and global harvest of souls that the world has ever seen. I believe that this coming move of God and subsequent harvest of souls will not happen in the churches but in the “fields”. It is with this conviction that we see a need of RAISING AN END-TIME MISSIONARY GENERATION by mobilizing, training and releasing indigenous missionaries who will win souls and plant more churches in Africa, especially among the UNREACHED PEOPLE GROUPS and HIGH PRIORITY ZONES. Our aim is to bring ON-SITE BIBLE and TRAINING SCHOOLS to the indigenous areas, instead of indigenous leaders leaving their areas to attend bible schools.

It’s time for the whole church to take the whole gospel to the whole world. The time is now, The Nations are calling! This great harvest will take place as a STRATEGIC, trained, empowered and prepared church goes to where lost is! Our local churches` will be training and mobilizing grounds for reaching the lost.

We are also looking forward to establishing a MINISTERIAL TRAINING INSTITUTE, which will provide formal instruction and training in Christian ministry. This center will work towards preparing laymen, Christian workers and ministers for part time and full time ministry, missions and spiritual leadership.

With your prayer, help and support, we look forward to establishing Apostolic Churches, bases and  ‘SENDING CENTERS’  which will play a major role in providing an effective Biblical model for End-Time evangelism in Africa and CROSS-CULTURAL MISSIONS. There is a RISE IN STRATEGIC NETWORKING and PARTNERING of churches, ministries and believers across denominational, racial and even doctrinal lines.

We are currently looking for the following resources to facilitate this project.

      teaching materials on DVD

      DVD player

      Laptop

      Generator

      Projector

      Bibles, note books pens

      250 seater tent

      250 plastic chairs

A pick-up truck to reach UPG and HPZs 250

4.Destiny Christian Counseling Centre and Homes

There is a disturbing increase in the number of children left behind by parents who died from HIV/AIDS related causes in Africa. There are some homes in which all adults have died, leaving behind thousands of innocent suffering young children. In some homes, some grandmothers are raising more than twenty children left behind by their sons and daughters resulting from HIV and AIDS. In some places, some children have been forced to drop out of school to take care of their siblings and ailing parents

As a ministry, we are concerned about these situations too. Currently we have aproximately 150 children in diferent parts of southern africa that we are taking care of. We do offer psycho-social support, provide food basket, sports and recreation, ocationaly, according to our ability and as the Lord provides. There are some children that have dropped out of school that must go back to school in other parts of africa. Others can’t go to school because their parents, who were the sole bread winners, have died. We believe that it is the right of every child to have proper education. Please pray with us that the Lord may provide the necessary finances and resources for this assignment

We intent to provide support even to a higher level by building a place where some of these children will be cared for. A place they will call HOME.

We plan to extend the same services to Zimbabwe, Namibia, South Africa, Angola and Zambia , which falls under the area of our operation. This will function under Destiny Christian Counseling Network, which is the ministry that is responsible for this department

5.Prayer Centre and Worldwide Intercessors Network

History is silent about revivals that did not begin with prayers. One of the things that have been close to my heart is development of an International Prayer Centre in southern africa. worlwide intercesors network was founded by bishop joseph likavo and has its head quaters in eldoret kenya.
WIN was born in 1994 and its mandate has remained as God gave it then. This mandate was available prayer materials and tools to intercessors to help them improve the ministry of prayer as they take their rightful place in their society, communities, Churches, cities and nations. These materials include tapes, books, manuals and others as made available My desire is to see a place built where there will be

·        Prayer rooms

·        Prayer forest

·        Prayer library

·        Prayer communication centre

·        Prayer conference rooms

·        Prayer cottage and covers

We are still trusting God for land and resources. Currently we do hold monthly prayer summits to intercede and pray for Africa and other parts of the world.

6.Christian Schools and Academy

Our focus is to contribute to the provision of solutions to the challenges we face in our public schools today. The problem of drugs, indiscipline, and abuse of authority, Godless programs and sexual promiscuity are becoming real in most of our schools in Africa. If this goes on unchecked, we will rise a generation that has no Godly values.

It is with this in mind that we seek to establish educational institutions providing quality education from kindergarten through high school. Following this, we shall establish a higher education institution to ultimately develop a fully accredited Christian collage designed to produce God-fearing professionals to work in our nation. This will also provide orphans, street children, school dropouts and the needy/poor, a second chance to fulfill their dreams.

We are currently looking for a premise or a piece of land  to start a day care school for orphans and other vulnerable children in Botswana and Zimbabwe. Please pray with us for resources.

7. Christian Recreation and Guest Center

Many Christian families miss places to gather for accommodation and or recreation purposes. Our vision is to establish an International Recreate Centre  to provide the environment for family vocations, retreats, group retreats, family and youth development programs, health and healing programs, for total physical, mental ans spiritual well being. A resort hotel will be established to provide for these functions in a Christian environment.

8.International Publishing Company

Publishing of Books in Africa has proved quite difficult. Our purpose is to establish a quality publishing company for the purpose of producing books, texts, Christian magazines, newsletters, journals and papers to disseminate the good news of the kingdom of God in many languages with special emphasis on exposing African writers and materials indigenous to and relevant to Africa

9.Africa Christian Centre For Research Activities

Designed to conduct research in Africa Nations incorporating the following areas

·        Church improvement

·        Social work

·        Environmental management

·        Child care and development

·        Poverty eradication

·        Investment opportunities

·        Clean water

·        Spiritual history

10. Christian Health Center

According to the current statistics, life expectancy in Africa is very low. Due to rampant poverty caused by poor leadership, Africa continues to lose people at early ages. Diseases that were eradicated in other countries are still common in Africa.  The process many mothers go through to get children is so pathetic that one is left asking, why the dehumanizing conditions? One visit to our available hospitals is enough to make one give up in life. The distance people have to walk to get to a doctor is so amazing

It is with this in mind that we intend to establish a health facility that will be the hub for many health programs in Africa We shall establish mobile health clinics to the people as we work out environmental programs to eliminate some of the common diseases like cholera, malaria, typhoid, bilharzias etc

Immediate needs

·        Mosquito nets
reading glases
